Meet The Team

Mark P. Campbell
President & CEO
In 2021 Dr. Campbell managed the Glenn Youngkin for Governor campaign in Virginia.
Dr. Campbell has a winning career spanning over four decades.
Mark’s client list is extensive and includes presidential candidates along with hundreds of federal, state, and local candidates and campaigns.
Campbell has won numerous tough “down ballot” races in swing areas even when the top of the GOP ticket got crushed. Campbell has also won races in Democrat strongholds including Jersey City, Philadelphia and northern Virginia. Dr. Campbell served as National Political Director for Ted Cruz for President. Most recently, Dr. Campbell served as the Campaign Manager for the tight left-leaning Virginia Gubernatorial race representing Glenn Youngkin. The race received international attention as a bellwether race to foreshadow voting patterns in a post-Trump election era.
Mark has served as a national GOP spokesperson and has appeared often in the media. Dr. Campbell has taught hundreds of political party leaders in emerging democracies around the world the art and science of connecting with voters, on behalf of the International Republican Institute and the Leadership Institute.
Dr. Campbell received his B.A. from the University of Tennessee with honors (1981), his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from SMU (1982) and his Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania (2004).
Mark served as Director of Small Business in Pennsylvania (1985-86) and as Senior Vice President at Fairleigh Dickinson University (2000-2004). Mark also served as a Senior Advisor to The International Association of University Presidents (2010-2013).

Jon Hollis
Principal
Jon Hollis is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience across international missions, nonprofit development, high-stakes film & TV production, and Republican political strategy. Based in Dallas, Texas, Jon excels in campaign management, media production, grassroots mobilization, team leadership, and delivering results under intense pressure.
His journey began as a Christian missionary in Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, and Germany — building a church, installing clean running water, serving orphanages, and leading youth sports outreach.
Returning stateside, he served as Program Director for CAREFresno through AmeriCorps, launching after-school programs for at-risk youth by partnering with churches, developing curriculum, training volunteers, and teaching directly.
Jon then built a 15-year Hollywood career as 1st Assistant Director, Location Manager, Production Manager, and Line Producer for FOX, Warner Bros., Netflix, ABC, and others. He ran multimillion-dollar budgets on hit shows including 9-1-1, Grace & Frankie, Veronica Mars, Mixed-ish, and American Horror Story, plus commercials for Land Rover, Canon, and Hewlett Packard, to name a few.
Since moving to Texas, Jon became a Committee Chair for the Dallas County Republican Party, helping with candidate recruitment and local advocacy. With six years in GOP politics, he has managed campaigns, served as a State Field Director, produced viral video content, and curates VIP experiences for major conservative live events, such as Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly.

Bill Collier
Principal
William Collier has combined a background in military intelligence, newspapers, direct marketing and politics to successfully promote organizations, issues, and candidate since 1992. Like Dr. Campbell, William Collier is one of this best researchers and analysts in America today.
Collier oversees web design and digital strategy for The Committee To Unleash Prosperity, which includes Dr. Art Laffer, Steven Moore, and Steve Forbes. Using an intelligence-gathering approach, he has managed teams that have conducted research and analysis of online content and activity in support of a multitude of campaigns and organizations.
Collier has worked with hundreds of campaigns, organizations, and businesses in digital strategy and web presence management.
Collier’s list of achievements span well over 25 years. Including appearing on national media and organizing national Republican campaigns. Collier was the Community Governance Adviser for Team Sarah (Palin) the largest conservative activist site during the 2008 election cycle, and was one of the early organizers of the Tea Party.
William Collier is a US Navy veteran who was involved in intelligence analysis during the latter days of the Cold War.
